Honoring Our Longest-Serving Heroes in Tsumeb and Ondangwa

At Henning Crusher, our strength doesn’t just lie in the machinery we operate or the projects we complete, it lies in the people who show up every day, year after year, with grit, passion, and loyalty. And when people dedicate decades of their lives to helping build something greater than themselves, we believe that kind of commitment deserves recognition that’s just as lasting.

That’s why we recently hosted two heartfelt celebrations in Tsumeb and Ondangwa, where long-serving team members were honoured with title deeds, erven gifted by the company as a token of deep appreciation for their many years of service. These land titles are more than just plots on a map; they are symbols of a job well done, a future earned, and a legacy built.

In Tsumeb, we celebrated a dedicated group of employees who received their title deeds with pride. Among them was Immanuel Kahee, whose remarkable 33 years of service stood out as a shining example of loyalty and perseverance. His contributions over the years have helped lay the foundation, literally and figuratively, for what Henning Crusher stands for today.

The journey continued in Ondangwa, where we recognized more of our heroes. Benjamin Januarie, who has been with Henning Crusher for an incredible 39 years, and Matti Martina, who proudly served for 36 years, were among those honored. These men have become part of the very fabric of Henning Crusher, their fingerprints are embedded in every milestone, every challenge overcome, and every success shared.

Gathered with colleagues, friends, and leaders, the atmosphere at both events was filled with pride and joy. Smiles were wide, photos were snapped, and hearts were full. The title deeds serve not only as a gesture of thanks but also as a lasting reminder that loyalty and hard work never go unnoticed.

We are proud to walk this journey with individuals who believe in what we do and who help us do it better every day. At Henning Crusher, we don’t just build roads and infrastructure, we build futures. And it starts with recognising those who helped us pave the way.

To Immanuel, Benjamin, Matti, and every recipient in Tsumeb and Ondangwa: thank you. Your service, your spirit, and your legacy are what make Henning Crusher more than just a company — they make us a family.
